あたしが小学5～6年生だったときの担任・マツダ先生（仮名）は、クラスで話し合うとき生徒にたったひとつのルールを課しました。そのルールとは、「意見を言うときは、必ず理由を言わなければならない」というもの。これは鉄の掟で、例外は許されませんでした。今にして思うとこれはすばらしい教育で、あたしはマツダ先生にものすごく感謝しています。
